Irrelevent, but he's right.

I don't think you get p-90s in a single coil winding. I think the whole point is that there's more space for the windings.

Some Seymour Duncan pups like the Quarterpounder Tele-set sound more like P-90s than regular single coils. Many manufacturers offer overwound single coils that have enough mids and output to compare to P-90s.
If you have access to Häussel pickups, look at the Big Mag models.
