Although I have never used one, I do know Peavy makes great bass stuff, I would just check and see if it sold anywhere near you and give it a shot

It's good, but very sterile. Unless you know what to do with it, you might not like it due to it's dry tone. Eden makes good cabs, so does GK. If you have a large price range, I'd suggest MarkBass cabs.

I think the Peavey Tour series, the 700 in particular, is the best value for heads that aren't direct order. I'd definitely get one if I didn't have an SWR SM-900 or know the Carvin BX1200 was awesome.
