Im rewiring an old ibanez i have, 2 humbuckers 2 volume 1 tone, 3-way switch, basically an explorer setup. Anyways ive never done anything like this, only replace pickups, what kinds of wires do i need to buy?? how much of it?? and where can i buy it from?? im clueless any advice will helpful.

Stop using so many question marks.

Get anywhere between 20 and 30 AWG, I use 24 or 26 guage wire. Stranded, of course. You cam probably get it at radioshack or something, I got mine from an electronics shop.

It will come in rolls of like.. 50 feet or something. If this your first time wiring, get around 4 feet. It is way more than you need, but allows for lots of mistakes if you need.

You need to know how to solder properly.

Then google a wiring diagram, or use this one.
