Don't drink booze when you're like that unless you want to be a blubbering mess.

No need for a whole song, you just need to create a solo which expresses how you feel right now.

To give you a helpful response...

Listen to some chilled out, very relaxing music. Bob Marley should suffice.

If you're Christian, pray, pray, pray, pray, pray. Even if you aren't and you're willing to try it, pray about it. It really does help.

Cut communication with the person who hurt you. This will help the healing process a lot, even if it is really painful at first.

Don't hold everything in and let it eat you up inside. Do what you must to get over it. Don't be afraid to feel emotions. The people that say suck it up and move on are just fooling themselves. They never got over it, just told themselves they did. Getting over heartbreak is a long and painful process, but with the help of friends it can move much quicker and much more painlessly.

I don't know what happened to you, but I'm sorry. Heartbreak sucks.

Go for a run. Get some excercise. It will release endorphins and help you clear your head.

The older you get, the more you experience, the less you feel.
Give it time. Get to know someone else. Get terminated again, with less pain.
Until one day you can no longer fall in love; only consume a brief moment of passion.

Which do you prefere?

Pit Answer: You should probably see a doctor about that.

Serious Answer: Try going for a run, praying, listening to/playing music, sleeping, any activity that will take your mind off it. Hope you feel better!

Fail, fail, fail, fail, fail.

Stop whining. And I'm not flaming you, that's the actual answer. If you keep dwelling on it, how the hell do you expect to get it off your mind?
