Im in proses of getting my hands on a ES Copy a jt134dc and heres what i wanna do
-----------------------------------------------------------------
NOTE:
This guitar will be use for blues slide

i have a thing for all things white and black every now and then red (white stripes color but not much red in my case)
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Change paint job (wood stain)
new pickups
reshape head stock

i dont like the all blue color so i will sand the front and back for staining and leave the side and neck blue

i have no idea what pickups will be good for slide but im not worried about pickup the stock will do for now

for the head stock i would take that horn out and maybe sand the paint off the front and stain it as the body

heres what i came up with let me know your opinion:

I never work on a semi-hollow body before is there anything i should keep in mind before doing this?

thanks

i like the first one because its not putting two completly different colours together and it looks cooler

Also if you want to sand the headstock, its very likely its not going to be the same color and flame as the body, the painted it a solid colour for a reason
