What is a good scale/way to play an Irish jig? A link to the scale's tab is also appreciated thanks.

Learn to read music and play from this website:

http://www.cpmusic.com/tradmus.html

I'm guessing you don't know your way around traditional music yet, but start slowly. Do not try playing at full speed until you are ready. A good one to start with is 'The Merry Blacksmith' or 'The Star of Munster'.

Plus, if you think "i want this tabbing" think of what it can do for your playing if you learn it properly. You can play a reel up and down your fretboard and still nail the tune, a wonderful thing to see when done properly. It's work but it is worth it.

There's a section on the main UG site for "Misc Traditional" tabs. You could always try there.
