long time lurker,first time poster

I have a question I hope someone can help me with :

I have crappy les paul copy sitting in the back of wardrobe with a crack in the neck,
it's a set-in one so i was wondering is it possible to remove and replace it myself? if so how?

i browsed through the construction forum but couldn't find what i'm looking for
I'd love to do it up as a project.

it's gonna be difficult since it's most likely not a bolt on. you'd have to cut it off. it'd also be a pain looking for a new neck. your best bet would be to get a new guitar since it's only a LP copy anyway. you should ask this question in the gear building forum.
