It should probably be very easy to switch it out, though I dont think its that big of a deal.

the bit of plastic is screwed on so that you don't scratch yourself while playing. the orange cap screws off to reveal a bit of metal. all you need is another cap that fits and voila.

The caps on that kind of toggle switch normally twist off easily
