I'm looking for a nice shred guitar on a budget. I like thin and wide necks (Jacksons, Ibanez, and others with a compound radius neck). I have between 200-600USD(possibly). I like King V's and the RG/S from Ibanez. I also love Dinkys and Soloists.

Also absolutely NO tremolo system....too much of a pain in the ass to setup and change tunings

get a MTM2

its got a fixed floyd. IE. fixed bridge, with the string holding abilities of a locking trem

IT IS A FIXED BRIDGE, but your guitar will never go out of tune

Not sure how much they are for you, but perhaps a Ibanez PGM if you can deal with it being a signature guitar?

Jackson Dinky's are also nice, but you're already aware of them, and they come in hardtail version's too...

Thanks for all the suggestions guys. I think I might get a mid-ranged dinky on a payment plan(musician friend). If only they didn't come with a reversed headstock. Any other suggestion? Wierd shapes are fine by me. As long as the neck is nice.

Guitar World will love anything if they're paid enough.

That being said, the prophecies are not bad guitars by any means.
I'd say go with a hardtail dinky, you already said you liked them.
