hey everyone. here is the second GG&A Jam. Its a jump blues in the key of A.

solo 2 times through the progression. in the track i give you, i go through it 4 times, just so you know.

when you send it to me, send just your solo, and name it something so that i can keep track of them.
here is the link: here is the new link!!!!!

All dominant 7 chords it sounds like, right?

Though it kinda sounds like the IV is a 9.
#6
its starts with an A6 chord. then its D9 and a D13. the V is a E9.

Chea, maybe layer one of your own solos over the backing track so we can just have somewhere to start?

Alright I have a question. When we send you our dry solo, do you just edit it in to the track and "hope" you start in the same place the player intended? Or What?

i guess i just assumed everyone would start on beat 1, but that was dumb of me. just tell me what beat of the measure you start on. 1, 1+, 3 a, whatever it maybe.

Wait, do you want us to send you the file with just the solo, or both the solo and the backing track?

And how exactly are we supposed to send them to you?

I had a bit of difficulty creating a semi-realistic tone with POD Farm, but I ended up A/Bing a tube preamp model and a slightly overdriven AC30 model.

Not necessarily, I've actually had jams at camp with obnoxious shredding over 12 bar blues with it sounding near decent.

Thank ya, I thought something fairly clean would fit.

If you don't mind, I'm thinking about doing like an obnoxious rock type solo over that track and uploading it to my profile. I'll give you credit for the backing track, but I just want to make sure it's cool with you first.
