Lowe's, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, etc...

Pretty much any hardware store that sells paint will have lacquer.

Edit: Or you could always go to an actual paint store like Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, etc.

Stewmac, Reranch (both have nitrocellulose lacquer), most hardware stores...

Auto body supply place but you would need a paint gun to use it. The stuff walmart and lowes etc sells isnt that great.
