I'm trying to shell out a little bit more and work on playing jazz (rhythm) and doing chord changesand some stuff. All the stuff I know for guitar has been hard. I tried The Girl From Ipanema and James, but the chord changes are strange (I almost can play TGFI). So, any suggestions for easy jazz guitar songs?

Figure out how chords will fit in a particular key, then improvise chords. Sounds strange at first, but it'll test your theory along with voicings. Eventually, you'll get bored and learn a bunch of new ones.

I forgot to mention I also know All Of Me, by Frank Sinatra (the chords as well as the melody). I practiced it and I can do those chord changes pretty well now.

Moondance and Beyond The Sea are pretty easy songs. I learnt them in my school's Jazz Band.

Nice, I'll try Beyond The Sea.

TGFI isn't very hard. Once you do that weird chord, you only have to move the middle finger to change the bass line. and then you have 9's and minor 7's. practice slow and you will get it in no time.

"Doxy" by Sonny Rollins, "How Insensitive" by A.C. Jobim, any American popular standard like "Days of Wine and Roses," "Alone Together," "Cherokee," "What Is This Thing Called Love," "There Will Never Be Another You..." man, there are hundreds of great tunes that aren't super complicated. We'll never run out of tunes to learn.
