That's right, not Pantera. Just Dime.

Yep. Thanks to dimebag, we have a generation of generic pentatonic wankers. Thanks, dime!

Little Richard, Chuck Berry, Elvis Presley, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, and Black Sabbath are all probably the most influential groups/artists ever.

...sorry for the generic answers
To say of what is that it is not, or of what is not that it is, is false, while to say of what is that it is, and of what is not that it is not, is true.

For some reason I narrowed that down to 3 things: picked 2 composers and a classic rock band, lol. I originally had Bach and Mozart, but opted for Stravinsky, should've just included everything I thought of, so here goes:

Bach
Mozart
Stravinsky
Wagner
Schoenberg
Scheumann (Spelling?)
Vivaldi
Paganini
LOTS more stuff before what I would consider "modernization"
#39
Personally:
Blink 182 (First band I got into, first songs I learned when I started playing were them)
Avenged Sevenfold (Favorite band at the time I started getting really serious about my playing, learned a lot of their stuff)
Metallica (For obvious reasons)
Alter Bridge (I've based a lot of stuff off of Tremonti's playing the past few months, I've definately got a hell of a lot better because of him)
My Gear:
Peavey 6505+
Marshall 1960B
Schecter Hellraiser Avenger
Ibanez VBT700
Marshall Guv'nor
Marshall Echohead
Morley Tremonti Wah
Boss TU-2
Boss NS-2
Avatar 2x12
EHX Holy Grail Reverb
Furman SPB 8C
