I got an old SWR Workingman's 2004 Bass Head, 200 watts at 4 ohms. I was wondering if this would work with a Peavey 4x10 tfx Bass Cabinet, which is 350 watts at 4 ohms?

Shouldn't be a problem as far as I can see.

K i was wondering if the wattage difference would constrict my power, or have a backward effect on my head, since too much power in a head blows out a cabinet. A natural worry when spending a few 100 dollars.

The Cabinet rating is only the maximum wattage that it is supposed to handle, the amplifier produces Watts the cabinet Decibels/noise/racket.
