Hello,

Was wondering if it was feasable to play a bass guitar through a Guitar PodXT Live? Not for distortion or anything, but for reverb, chorus, etc.

Also, I noticed Line 6 had the bass models you can purchase for the XT Live, is this for playing a bass through (eliminating the need for a bass pod, too), or is this more for making a regular guitar sound like a bass?

Thanks for any insight!

since effects processors only handle instrument level and line level signals, the bass wont damage it. yes, the bass models are for playing with a bass. dont run the bass into a guitar amp though, cuz that will damage the amp's speaker

Head and Cab for $130? You don't need a head and cabinet, you need a psychological examination.
