it sounds fine, albeit a little generic
your voice isnt always quite right, but its very melodic
mix it a little better, the guitar is MUCH louder than the singing. i cant hear the lyrics.
think about putting the lyrics in the S&L forum if you haven't already

I like this song.

As was mentioned before, work on the volume of the vocals vs the guitar.

I donno if its just me but the timing seems to wander a little bit. Consider using a metronome.

Yeah I noticed the you're thing this morning... I made the thread at one and when I woke up this morning I smacked myself... The reason the vocals are so low is all I had was a one track when I first recorded it. If I get enough encouragement I'm going to rerecord it.
