Dam-mit and Dam-nit when I'm not being serious...lol..sorry but I don't actually know...I've seen dammit in published works though.

It's actually two separate words.
"Damn" and "it"

The correct way to say it is "Damn it", however when said fast, or with excitement, it comes across as "Dammit", hence why some people spell it as "Dammit".
