So which band(s) / song(s) / album(s) have you discovered this year that are amazing?

My picks...

Die So Fluid - Existential Baby & Kiss and the Kick

Animal Alpha - Bundy (it's a year or so old but I only found it this year)

If you feel really fancy showing off you can suggest who else they sound like.

Anyway, enough wittering, go go.

My pick is your avatar, TS.

Glad to see another NIN fan, can't wait for the new tour, hoping they stop somewhere in the UK that I can reach. I NEED to see them live.

So jealous, I do an interactive course so I'm really fascinated by the lighting stuff. I saw Pendulum the other night, that was a good show. Some fancy lights but nothing as advanced as the NIN stuff.

I had always known about them and listened to them, but I had never noticed how rediculously awesome they were.

Die So Fluid ftw! However, I'd known of them for smages, so NEGAHE was no suprise to me when it ruled.

For me, it's:

Scars on Broadway (band and album)- 'Serious' (song)

What's their older stuff like? I notice that NEGaHE had a couple of really catchy songs, anything like that in their back catalogue?

Pendulum fans should check out the "Bi-Polar Remix" of Hold Your Colour, slightly more rocked up and punchy.
