Definatley leart he two handed tapping intro to 'roses for the dead' by 'funeral for a friend' it looks seriously cool and sounds good, but is actually relatively easy. Also the tapping intro to 'thundertruck' by 'AC/DC' same concept

the opening riff to No World For Tomorrow by Coheed and Cambria

i played it at full speed after a month of playing guitar - it's not tough but it's really fast and your hands LOOK like they are flying all over the place but they aren't.

green manilishi (solos) - judas priest - sounds pretty hard
tapping part to eruption by van halen - sounds insanely hard but its actually ridiculously easy

Depends on what you think is easy.

Nail "Master of Puppets" at normal speed and be spot on, and you'll do alright.

Showing off to impress people usually doesn't end with the best results, though.

"Yellow Ledbetter" by Pearl Jam is a cool song that lends itself to improvisation very well. Sounds beautiful acoustic as well as electric. I've got a video lesson here Yellow Ledbetter Video Lesson

I think the last parts of the solo are challenging, especially playing them cleanly. But yeah every OTHER part in the song is pretty easy. Try Under a Glass Moon, that's loads easier.
