Hi ^^,, while looking for a second electric guitar,, a fender standard
stratocaster caught my eye .. (€400,00).

- Is it a guitar of good quality?
- Any other guitars in that price range who are better?

yea, well I guess the strats are basically good for almost every genre...

I have a fender mexican strat, and I love that guitar.
I bought it for about €500-600, don't remember...
If yours is a mexican stratocaster, then it's a pretty good deal... But definately play it first...

Yeah, it's a good guitar for a variety of genres. Play before you buy, and try out different ones. The standards now have maple or rosewood necks, so see which you like more

very versatile, feels like a quality guitar and the sounds not far off either, if you had a pickup switch it'd be a guitar for life
