I used the searchbar, and, well, I didn't look very hard, but nothing came up so....

What are some good Chrisitian hardcore/metalcore bands?

I know the obvious ones like August Burns Red, The Devil Wears Prada, Underoath, Demon Hunter.

I'm looking for stuff that I can draw inspiration from, and seeing as how I'm a born-again chrisitian, I figured some good christian hardcore bands might do the trick

P.S. Please don't make this a flame-thread about religion

I need some music that makes you envision a dark room illuminated by only candles and perhaps a creepy middle aged man in a bathrobe.

I listened to Extol once, not knowing that they were christian. As with most deathmetal, their lyrics were incomprehensible.

I must listen to too much of it, because I can understand a ton of lyrics off that cd without looking them up.

Judging by your username and favorite music, I almost think you're a troll.

I see the word "troll" come up a lot, is that someone that browses forums looking to intentionally agitate and get into arguments? I'm not up on my internet lingo.
