pinky - middle - index
pinky - middle - index
pinky - ring - index
pinky - ring - index
pinky - middle - index

I would do that but it's up to whatever feels comfortable to you.

Practice the position shift from the B to the G string (stop giggling! ) if you are using the same fingers for those two. What has been suggested seems the likely option. As its played fast make sure:

1. You are playing right on the tips of your fingers

2. You don't lift your finger too far off the fret once you have played the note as you'll quickly need to put it back down again on the next string.

3. And only press as lightly as possible on the strings, you may find you actually press down harder than you really need. To find out, push down on the string as you normally would, then lift your finger away from the fret a miniscule amount and see if the note is still clear. Use only the minimum touch needed as this relieves some tension and i find it allows me to play runs like that faster.

What is that lead part from anyways?

Not just your fingering, but here is the best way to pick it.

U = Upstroke
D = Downstroke

D U D D U D D U D D U D D U D
-17-15-13------------------------------------------------------------
--------------17-15-13-----------------------------------------------
---------------------------15-14-12----------------------------------
----------------------------------------15-14-12---------------------
-----------------------------------------------------15-13-12--------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

It's basically like a sweeping motion, but you're picking the notes.

Use the fingerings suggested, those are good.

edit: The upstroke/downstroke directions are off-center but the pattern is just "D U D" and repeat to next string.

Invert the "D's" with "U's" and vice versa and then it'll work.
