I am looking at new guitars around 600 (at the store) and i noticed the Epi G-400 in black and i like it, i wanted a sg shape, stop bar style and dual humbuckers.

i play mostly
Metallica
Sum 41 (one song)
Paramore (misery business)
Iron Maiden
Cream
Aerosmith
Bucket head
Ozzy
Sabbath
Zepplin
Megadeth

after a few months, i'll prob change the pickups to emg's or something. i currently have a yamha rgx121D double cut.

i'd be running it through a fender amp and a zoom g1x for effects.

comments?
the average rating is 4 1/2, and my buddy has it, and it plays well

looks good. just make sure to play it before you buy, so you know how it sounds, and play it through the same amp you;ll be playing with

yea, id look into esp but they dont have them here
i'll play it of course, and play it through either the same amp or one of lesser value

If your amp is not a little Frontman then yes.

If it is, then get the guitar and get a good amp shortly after.
