Yeah, so the nut split right at the D-string, and it has a harsh vibrating noise whenever it's played open.

Anybody know where I can find a replacement and how I would go about repairing it?

I'd imagine any guitar shop should have somthing that'll work. Essentially, you just need to remove the old nut, clean off the glue residue, and glue down the new one.

Try googling "replacing guitar nut", or ask at the guitar shop where you buy the replacement.

I found some replacement nuts (lol nuts), but I need to know what size, they can't be too big (I can't resist ) or small :P.

Again, a trip to your local guitar shop will be your best bet. They'll have a variety there and they should be able to size them up against the neck of your guitar and find the one that fits.
