hey guys

i just purchased a line 6 toneport ux2, i've updated everything but there's just one thign bothering me.

when i plug headphones into the phones jack i can hear my guitar but how do i play the line6 gearbox stuff through my computer speakers?

btw i dont want to connect my speakers (5.1) to my toneport because it sounds tedious and i have no clue how to do so.

so i just want to play the toenport through my speakers, does anyone have a clue how?

many thanks in advance

you have to

get a 1/8 to 1/4 plug adapter

then change the audio settingsn on your pc and choose the toneport as primary sound device

which speaker has teh volume knob?

that's usually the main speaker.
connect the grren audio cable from your computer to the spkears, and the otehr end to a 1/8 to 1/4 adapter. plug the adapter into the "Analog Line out" on the tone port

none of the speakers have a volume knob

it's on a seperate control piece connected to the subwoofer

ok good

now, once you get the adapter, conncet the 1/4 into the line 6, then connect one end of teh audio cable to your subwoofer, and the otehr end to the adapter

then open up "Audio Devices" and choose the line 6 as the priamry device
