Anybody know of any other bands like Annihilation Time or Municipal Waste (I only have their first album and I'd say it's deff. got some classic rock.) But either way, these two bands are fking rad and I'd like to know some others like them.

Municipal Waste are hardcore/crossover thrash

Check out D.R.I. - MW sound a lot like them

I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for but those might interest you -
Wehrmacht, Cryptic Slaughter, Leeway, Suicidal Tendencies (awesome punk!!)
Eat this, today's music-lovers!

A lot of music isn't really going anywhere. There are tons of fans in here going 'oh my god, <> is evolving so much and <> is so shit lol!' but tons of it is just recycled material and tired ideas.

Did you get Annihilation Time's latest album? It is the most classic rock-ish of all their stuff which was a bit of a let down for me but the album is still fantastic, especially the guitar work.

I really don't see any classic rock influence in Municipal Waste. Maybe some Black Sabbath influence, but it really worked in a more metal way for them. If you like them, check out D.R.I., MW is basically a D.R.I. ripoff band.

As for your question:

Valient Thorr
Dead Boys
(Iggy & The Stooges
MC5
Hudson Falcons
X
Agent Orange
Avail
The Turbo A.C.'s
The Riverboat Gamblers
Radio Birdman
New York Dolls
The Repercussions
D Generation
The Oblivians
New Bomb Turks
The Rezillos
The Sonics
Supersuckers

The list goes on...

Rancid are the best punk band ever.

Tim Armstrong is a songwriting genius, is a complete fashion diva and has an incredible singing voice.

He doesn't sound like Opie from family guy at all.

I was thinking the replacements...but they sound nothing like MW...so idk

When I saw that you were the last poster, I knew that Fifteen was gonna be mentioned.
And clenching your fist for the ones like us
Who are oppressed by the figures of beauty,
You fixed yourself, you said, "Well, never mind,
We are ugly, but we have the music."

Well, Mike, think of it this way: they're both boring mindless sh*t.

I think that municipal waste are probably the worst band I've ever had to endure, they really are so f*cking awful. I mean, most stuff I don't like I can just about put up with, but this band is so awful I get red mist.

Stormtroopers of Death are like an Ian Mackaye band, except with even more repressed homosexuality.

I download their 'Speak English or Die' album though, it's good in a comical way.
