If you think Naked Gun and Airplane are subtle then you're mildly retarded.

I prefer very dry, dark, deadpan and offensive humour. British-like and somewhat subtle.

It's not dry. It's wetter than a female pedophile who works at a daycare centre. It's downright slapstick. It's wacky.

I haven't seen one of those movies in years, it's too slapstick.

Edit: Actually, I don't even remember the style very much at all. I dunno.

Took the words out of my mouth.

I like the kind of dry wit that's ever so popular in the UK. I like more subtle stuff like The Office, (UK version, of course) more in-your-face stuff and Fawlty Towers.

So basically anything as long as it isn't shit.

Meta humour for me. You know, stuff that isn't really funny, but is funny for not being funny. If that makes sense to you. I find it extremely difficult to pull this off.

Anything from Monty Python to Arrested Development. You know, the funny kind.
Josh Homme writes the greatest lyrics EVAR:
"I wish we could get away
Drink wine and screw"

"Nicotine, valium, vicodin, marijuana, ecstasy, and alcohol
C-C-C-C-Cocaine!"

"I wanna lick you too much"

Can't believe this hasn't been said yet: I prefer humour

I like anything with a dry, witty character. Scrubs, IT Crowd, House. Oh and Sabrina the Teenage Witch. That makes me laugh.

EDIT: Forgot and HIMYM (although I've only seen S1) and Hitchhiker's guide. I'll no doubt remember loads of funny things to add in once I've pressed the "save" button.

Dry Humor, as in you have to have above a certain IQ to understand. That's mine. It's also often sarcastic. It's the kind where if you say it, you dont act like it's a joke, but other people laugh.
