Save up and do some research. It'll give you a goal to reach for. I wasn't trashing your gear. In fact, it's better than what I'm playing on right now.

Good luck.

Everything but the MG is good.

I own lots of high-end equipment and still wouldn't mind having a POD, I wouldn't get rid of it unless you really don't need all the stuff it does, in which case, I'd sell it with the MG and buy a better amp.

I've had tube amps for a while now, but never actually had any go down on me

maybe you're not saying the right things? an amp likes to know you care.

^ not really.

when you're 16, you don't really have much of a life. i mean, your parents still practically do everything for you.

me and highway are just taking advantage of these years to collect mad gear.

my second year of playing, I didn't even have a guitar amp, not even a practice one... I used my bass amp.

I'm also 100% I didn't know a single person with a tube amp, but me, in my highschool... lotta' line 6's, Fender solid states and Crate amps, though.... I guess the times are a changin' and the economy really ain't so bad.

You CAN play anything with anything....but some guitars sound right for some things, and not for others. Single coils sound retarded for metal, though those who are apeshit about harpsichord probably beg to differ.

a mexican in america that doesn't have a job or work
what a surprise
'And after a while, you can work on points for style.
Like the club tie, and the firm handshake,
A certain look in the eye and an easy smile.'

'You have to be trusted by the people that you lie to,
So that when they turn their backs on you,
You'll get the chance to put the knife in.'
