Vous êtes isard

You(plural/polite form) are *unexistant/wrongly spelled word*

Could possibly be "bizard"(wierd)

Is it a non-standard French variant? I know France keeps its language tight, but isn't there a language almost exactly French, but with some difference because it's not regulated?

Did you encounter this phrase phonetically or written?

If you heard it, it's likely the word "bizarre," that's just the way the word is pronounced.
