Basically, as above.
Recently, I've been getting into really getting lean, building muscle, and such.
And the one thing I haven't changed is diet.

Basically, what would be the healthiest snack in your opinion?

Anything from fruit, to protein-whey-covered celery, anything!

I'd sayyyyyy, just fruit when you get the munchies, and slow-releasing carbs to maintain your metabolism, like a spoon of peanut butter before bed.

Oh, and the whole 6 small meals a day thing.

if you are building lean muscle (your thin and want real muscle and not just size) eat tuna fish. as much tuna as possible. for meals eat tuna with pasta. as a snack, put down a can of tuna or get some of those tuna salad with crackers kits. try and get the white albacore tuna.

peanuts and peanut butter. Tuna salad and anything close to tuna. Just look for foods with a lot of protein
