My strings buzz when played open. I'm missing my high E 'cause it snapped, but I don't remember any buzz right after it snapped. I picked up the guitar today and noticed the string buzz.

How do I locate the source of this ****?

This might not apply to you, but when i break a string, the tuner for that string sometimes vibrates abit when you play, this can sound like strings buzzing sometimes.

It might be that the string that snapped was keeping the necks tension perfectly right. Happens with my low action Jackson. It just throws the action right out when theres such a large change

thats fret buzz you're talking about.

try replacing the strings, it may have lost some tension from the string being broken.

I'm laughing so hard now 'cause that was the problem. I probably didn't notice the first time 'cause I use Guitar Rig 3 with headphones.

Thank you! :*:*
