Would be it be a better decision, health wise, to substitute ginseng use in order to cut down on caffeine intake and remain energized?

I think your best bet is not to take any stimulant, they aren't good for your matabolism and leave you feeling crappy.

Some folks turn to B-vitamine drinks or suppliments, I'm skeptical. Best thing for a ton more energy is just to excercise 20-30 minutes a day.

no I don' t think ginseng is any more healthy, but I'm not a doctor or anything like that.

An apple will give you more of an energy boost then a cup of coffee will.

I already work out four times a week and run six times a week, so exercise is not a problem. I take b-12 and have a healthy well balanced diet, but I have constant fatigue and a busy schedule which is why I use caffeine to keep me running. I use ginseng often too, usually before I exercise, so i was wondering since I've heard of it before as being used to increase daily energy.
