so i just got a guitar and when i play the first fret and the
B and e string it buzzes and it sounds bad but any other string/fret sounds fine.
How can i fix this ?

Sounds like the action might be a little too low at that side of the bridge

You just need to raise the bridge a fraction of that side - at the bottom of the bridge there should be like knurled wheels - there are probably slots above them to use a screwdriver if they are too tight to move with just your fingers. You probably only need to raise it a fraction though, and be really careful that you don't slip with the screwdriver and scratch your guitar!

it be an uneven bridge or an poorly done fret job.
