Heyeveryone! I've moved out and now live in an apartment and my current amp is too powerful. I've been thinking about getting something like the Digitech 2101 because 1) I really like the tone in this video:

and I need something I can run at a lower volume and still get good tone and also record. If you know of a better one or if you have any advice, please share.

Have you considered pulling a couple tubes and using an attenuator? I'm not sure what your budget is so it's hard to suggest something in any direction.
I don't give a shit if you listen to me or not

Make sure you know what you're doing, I'd email peavey just to make sure it's safe to do with that amp, I know it's safe with the 5150.

Another thing you have to remember is you have to double the load the amp is run too. So, if you're amp is set to 8 ohms right now then you need to set it to 4, if it's 16 set it to 8. If that's confusing I can explain it further.
