Ok so im deciding on getting between 2 new pickups. i want the seymour duncan invaders, that i heard sounds really nice with distortion. my brother on the other hand says that the dimeback burstbucker pickups i think if thats what its called is better. do you guys have any experience with any of these pickups, and if so what do you think about them?

i would go with the invaders
dimebags r prolly good but they r specific for getting dime's tone and not much else best to get a general design pickup because it will prolly b much more flexible imo
Gear:
PRS SE Custom
Takamine G Series Acoustic
Peavey Vypyr 30
Digitech RP 250

The only time I'll dance is if Nickelback caught fire and no one helped.

Those two models are probably the two least liked pickups on UG.
If I were you, i'd look into a new amp. A pickup swap won't change your tone much with those amps anyways. Especially if you're running distortions in front of them.

Oh god.

Invaders and Dimebuckers are some of the worst metal pickups you can get.

There's also no real point upgrading pickups with those two amps.

sell one or both of your amps and get a good tube amps. then you'll realize you don't really need a pickup swap.

also, most ibanez do need pickup swaps to sound really good, but then amp always comes before.
