Change your pre amp tubes.

The stock ones are sovteks, so that might be the problem.

Check all your connections...try different cables, try different guitars on your amp...look down into it and see if the tubes are the same brightness...check the connections on the speakers in the back...hard to say without seeing your amp. If connections look good...tubes would be my bet.

They're not lightbulbs. Just because they're glowing doesn't mean they're working.

I'll put 20 bucks on a pre amp tube issue. Just do a full retube. No need to bias

retube the pre amp tubes or power amp tubes or both?

A friend of mine had the same problem days after getting the amp. His amp tech diagnosed preamp tube failure as the problem. He had it retubed and has not had a problem since.

Might as well do both.

Throw some Tung Sols in the pre and TAD's in the power amp

The power tubes are 30 bucks for a matched pair, and around 12 dollars for the pre's.
