i just got a new Ibanez S5470, but i already broke a string (high e). I'm trying to loosen the bridge saddle so that i can replace it, but it's so damn tight that i'm afraid to force it. is it supposed to be ridiculously tight, or should i take it in? i really just don't want to screw up anything.

Jenny needs to sow her wild oats with random Gibsons and Taylors she picks up in bars before she settles down with a PRS.

madpickin answers questions about things like this all day in that thread.

i dont have that bridge in front of me.

you took the string out of the tuner and need to remove it from the bridge, maybe you're turing the wrong thing.
