Peavey windsor has some balls to it. The stock cab sucks but hit up

avatar.com

They can custom make most cabs.

I would not spring for that if you are playing death-metal
I would go for the B-52

Thanks, can you guys give me some links to look at?

Get a Bugera of some sort. They're relatively cheap, come with a foot pedal, have an amazing warranty, and sound great.

The only thing you'd have to do is bias the tubes, and you're set. Oh, and if you'll be playing for very long periods of time (4+ hours or so) then you should get someone to hand solder the cables, because they're attatched with clips, and said clips can't take long periods of play.

Bugera 6262 = Peavey 6505 Copy, with better cleans, and more mids and highs.

Bugera 6260 = Peavey 5150 copy, again, with better cleans and more mids and highs.

Bugera 333 = Peavey XXX copy. Don't get this one, it's probably their worst amp.

Bugera 333XL = Peavey JSX copy. Best amp they make, imo. Sounds exactly like the JSX, except with more lows.

I tried it out in store.

Great neck, nice n light, good tuning stability. Overall a good guitar. I didn't but it cause I generally only buy guitars over a grand now.
