Hi,

After reading about how terrible the speakers in the valveking cab are i was wondering what some decent alternatives are.

I don't really want to be spending too much more than £200 but i can stretch to £250 if needed.

Look into Harley benton Vintage 212's and Framus 212, they both have Celestion vintage 30's. I think even a Harrley Benton vintage 412 would be within your budget, but it depends on what you would be using it for.

Will you be gigging? If so the 412 might be necessary, but even then you don't necessarily NEED one.

If you're a manly man and can lift 70+ lbs I'd get the 412, but if you want to save your back get the 212.
