How do Duncan Design pickups compare to the actual Seymour Duncans? Are they better or are they like squire's (D.D.) to fender's (S.D.)?

They are not to bad of PUPS, they are not as bad as the quality of a squier, they will put out some pretty solid tones.

They're not bad, but they're definitely not duncans. I switched mine for a JB/Jazz combo and it is a noticeable difference.

Theres probably something i haven't seen which might change my opinion, but i found spec sheets on the AHB-1 (Seymour Duncan blackout) pickups and the Active HB-105 (Duncan Designed blackout) pickups.

So what's the difference other than that D.D.'s are made in Korea?
