so i just resently got Cubase, Sony Acid Pro 6, FL Studio 7 Producers edition, Ez Drummer, Ez Drummer drums from hell, Virtual bassist, and alot of other Virtual instrument plugins, and i know that some of these you write stuff in midi, i also know that guitar pro is in midi. Would it be possible for me to write out a bass line or some kinda music in guitar pro and use the midi files through one of the virtual instruments to get the good sounding bass ( or other stuff) ?

as well if anyone has any other tips and or can help me in any way so i don't make as many mistakes trying to figure out what i am doing. Any help is appreciated.

You spent that much money on software without knowing if it will do what you need it to do?
