Im not the best with technical stuff but if i bought pickups, could i send it into guitarcetner or something for them to install the new pickups?
Yes, but it's cheaper and not that hard to just put them in yourself. Well, presuming you have a soldering iron.
Guitar Center does not have a service dept. At least the ons around here don't anyways, they won't do a setup, much less change pickups. But like the other guy said, its not hard to do yourself. If you can find a friend or family member who can soldier, its as easy as snipping a few wires and soldering back together.
Go to your local guitar store, theyll install them for you

Rate my playing skills please.
Just get a soldering iron and learn how to do it yourself, it will save you a lot of money (since you will be doing more stuff like this in the future) and it's a good skill to have. It doesn't take that much skill, just look up a tutorial online.
