Most of the Ozzy stuff would be good, but some his Black Sabbath stuff has a higher range EX: Sabbath Bloody Sabbath

Well ok then, Metallica

Maiden and Ozzy/Sabbath range? Then try some Judas Priest, Rush, Pink Floyd, Dream Theater, Skid Row, and Led Zeppelin songs, they're all somewhere along that avenue. Either way, it always annoys me when a band tries to play a song note-for-note unless they're a tribute band, its much cooler if they do it in their own style, and if the vocalist puts it in his own range

we do do it in our own style. we changed crazy train and made it a lot more technical, and some really pumping/fun bits.

but we need to try to find songs that hes comfortable with first.

He's a tenor, you should do BM4V songs, they were influenced by Ozzy a lot.
