So, I'm a junior in high school, and I kinda messed around my first two years and got a 3.0 out of them, but this year I've got a 4.2 this semester. Assuming I get a 4.0 (at least) my remaining 3 semesters, what are my chances of getting in straight out of high school?

I'm not sure what they expect as far as that goes. I recommend getting in touch with them and getting the information straight from the horses mouth, keep working hard and apply promptly when the time comes.

Not very good. Assuming you're talking about University of Southern California. They're very strict in their incoming freshman requirements. You should check out their website for more information, and contact their office of Undergraduate Admissions. Chances are you'll have to go to another university or community college for at least two years before you can transfer. Their transfer requirements are even rougher in my opinion. I plan on going there for graduate school, which is even harder, which doesn't make much sense.

Just look on their website, you'll find all the answers there.
