OK, Pit, I've been looking for a pair of headphones to replace the cheapo ipod earbuds I've used for the past while. Specifically I'm looking for ones to use with my iPod, but I have no problem wearing large over-the-ear headphones on the go. My main concern is sound quality; it doesn't have to be audiophile-standard quality, but I want something significantly better than the crap iPod ones. A few I've been looking at:

Sony MDR-XD200
Sony MDR-NC6
Skullcandy G.I. or T.I.
Sennheiser PMX60, HD435, PX100
Grado SR60, if I can find them in Canada

Any other suggestions, or recommendations on the ones I've posted?

PX100s are more handy than your choice.

I'm thinking I'll get the MDR XD200 right now and then wait until my next paycheck to get the PX100s. I've heard they have great sound but I'm not the biggest fan of small supraural phones

Fair enough. I've always preferred them to larger, traditional cans though. More comfortable to walk around with.
