so I was on a jam session yesterday.. My strap failed me and my guitar fell straight on a head, damaging the lockers and cracking the neck near the head. My teacher said the luthier will bring my guitar back to life - it may be glued.

Anyone had similiar situation? Will glueing really work?

Ironic, I bought strap locks some time ago but haven`t installed the yet
At least my guitar isn`t any high end model.. vintage v100.

That'll teach you not to install things

Actually, a similar thing happened to one of my mates, except his Gibson SG was in its case and it just slid over. It was only a slight bump but the headstock was completely broken off. He went to a luthier and had it back good as new in about a week. Your guitar should be fine.
