Hey all i was wondering what Weber Attenuator i would need for my 100watt tube RM100 i just got.
Probably 150 watt attenuator. Check the ohms for your amp
i have 4 and 16 ohms on my amp.
So can anyone confirm this?
Yes. 150 watts. Weber specifies that the attenuator must be 1.5 x the wattage of your amp.
Depends on how much you're wanting to crank it. If you want to crank it to the point of powertube saturation then you'll probably need at least 150. If you just want to get the tubes working a bit then 100 might suffice, drop ted an Email and see what he says.
