I'm starting a new project and coming up with new ideas in new styles. Here I've tried to fuse acoustic guitars with electronic music to make sorta, ambient atmospherical music. It's in my profile under "House of Sloth(demo)".
Please let me know what you think, and also, if you know of any bands doing something similiar, because I'd really love to check them out.
I really like it. It's an interesting sound, and I had no problem keeping interest in it for the whole song, I didn't ever feel like skipping ahead like I usually do while listening to a new song.

I'm not too fond of the "clap" though. It's not really a clap, but I can't think of what else to call it. When it first comes in, it seems to stick out a little too much, it's too much of a cheap or thin type of sound imo. However, at around the 1:10 mark it gelled. Maybe it was the fact that I was used to it, or maybe it was the other sounds joining it making it blend better, but from there on it was awesome.

The outro is my favorite

My mind is going. I can feel it.
Sounded dope to me. Nice work! You should check out this guy especially the OCT 2007 recordings (which I was at): http://www.myspace.com/davidlauzon he's from Ottawa and he plays acoustic guitar and synth with loops and a huge number of pedals. It's really cool stuff live.

Sounds pretty cool man. I really digg the vibe of the song. Mixing guitars and synths have always intrigued me. I think the acoustic in your track could have been turned up a bit in the mix, and the drums could be thicker in my opinion. Overall, good job! Here's some musical recommendations for you:

My music is kinda similar to yours, check it out if you have time: https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1021003
Hey, returning the crit, sorry so late I think is sounds awesome! I just think it's a little repetitive, but theres no voice, so it's bound to sound like that unless your satch! But good job!
