well basically

i can save £450 for a laney lc50 which i have tried and tested (combo)

or i could save to £338 for a ashdown fallen angel HEAD

meaning it would just sit there before i could raise enough for a good cab

( i have a roland cube60 atm)

but the ashdown is b stock (been referbished) and i havent been able to try it out, so im just relying on the really good reviews ive had

i play metal mainly btw

so what do you guys think

OR

buy a ashdown fallen angel 40 on ebay for £200 (collect only and i live 30 miles away from collection)

I've saw plenty of demos on youtube etc (i was after one myself) and played the version of it now (Hayden Peacemaker) and it did have LOOADS of bass, and could pull off Metallica with the gain boost thing. If you bought an OD of some sort it would definaitly do shred. But i might be able to do it on it's own.
