I'm new here, so, um hello

Anyway I've been playing guitar for a while now and am looking to uprade my amp.
I'm currently running an epiphone les paul through a Roland cube 15x.
I play mainly blues, blues-rock and hardrock but also some metal and punk, so I would like something versitile for a maximum of about 600 euro.
I'll mostly be playing at home and do some garage band style jamming (with drummer).

I've been looking at the epiphone blues custom (with some pedals), and I know you're gonna say test one out, but I'm pretty sure none of my local stores have one.

So, any suggestions would be welcome.

thanks

The blues custom is a great amp, but it has very little gain.

A lot of people don't like the voicing because it's pretty dark, but it might be right up your alley.

Why do I only have one reply?
Ah, well.

Could I compensate for the low gain with the right overdrive/distortion pedal?

Yeah, use an overdrive.

I think it will be a good fit, otherwise maybe try an Orange?
Player, give me some brew an I might just chill
but I'm the type that like to light another joint like Cypress Hill

Yeah, definitely.

It's really smooth, too. Sounds great for blues rock, IMO. Some garage rock type stuff too.
